The STOP Plus program offers the social rehabilitation model of service delivery as the means by which clients can effectively address their housing needs, substance abuse and mental health issues, and their personal and social integration. The Stop Plus team believes that an empowering, positive, life-affirming approach is the most effective path to success. We assist individuals in developing their inner strengths, coping skills, social skills and their personal support system in order to remain housed in the community and maintain stability.
Individuals interested in participating in the program are referred through Resource Connect Solano (Coordinated Entry). All individuals who meet admission criteria, regardless of cultural and/or linguistic backgrounds, developmental or physical disability, are welcome in the STOP Plus program.
The STOP Plus office operates from 8am to 4pm Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. A case manager is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies. For more information about the STOP Plus program contact: Tamara Murphy, Case Manager at 925-825-1060 x21 or firstname.lastname@example.org
