Create a Legacy

Caring for our neighbors is as relevant today as it was 500 years ago, when Martin Luther called on us to care for all people. And, it will remain relevant in the years ahead as we work together to alleviate the complex problems that contribute to homelessness.

How Will You Ensure Your Legacy of Generosity Continues?

A bequest or estate gift to LSS of Northern California is one way to make an enduring gift of compassion to those who need it most.

The LSS Legacy Circle is a group of committed supporters who have notified LSS that they will remember LSS of Northern California in their estate plans. The beauty of a legacy gift is that, with careful planning, you can fund a substantial gift to LSS while still providing for your loved ones. You may also be able to realize an immediate charitable contribution deduction and either avoid or minimize capital gain taxes.

The easiest way to create a meaningful legacy of caring for others is through a bequest in your will, trust, life insurance or retirement fund. Your generosity will  support our long-term vision to end homelessness for good.
