Stop Plus

Serving Solano County, the STOP Plus program ensures that adults with severe mental illnesses are in safe, stable housing so they can can effectively address their substance abuse and mental health issues, and their personal and social integration.  We assist individuals in developing their inner strengths, coping skills, social skills and their personal support system in order to remain housed in the community and maintain stability.

Individuals interested in participating in the program are referred through Resource Connect Solano (Coordinated Entry). All individuals who meet admission criteria, regardless of cultural and/or linguistic backgrounds, developmental or physical disability, are welcome. For more information, contact: Tamara Murphy, Case Manager at 925-825-1060 x21 or tmurphy@lssnorcal.org
