LSS offers supportive housing and services to single adults in San Francisco, Solano and Sacramento counties.

In Sacramento, we provide case management and access to relevant services that assist each person in addressing the underlying causes of their past homelessness so they can stabilize their life and work toward self-sufficiency. We create strategic community partnerships in each community we serve, including property management companies, childcare providers, in-home therapy providers, food banks, healthcare, libraries and other continuum of care providers. We also involve the individuals that we serve in identifying ways to better serve their needs.
