Integrated Services Network (ISN)

We provide representative payee and money management services to formerly homeless persons living at Canon Kip, Rose, Cambridge, Hamlin, Apollo, Altamont, and South Park residences as part of the San Francisco Human Services Agency’s Integrated Services Network.  LSS assists the adults in setting financial goals, help with budgeting, entitlement assistance, and referrals for other supportive services. Our goal is to help each person maximize their income potential, develop more independent living skills, and prevent reoccurring episodes of homelessness.

To be eligible, an applicant must:

  • Have very low income (> 400% of the Federal Poverty Level).
  • Be formerly homeless, as defined by Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and a resident of one of the buildings where LSS provides these services.
  • Be more than 18 years of age.
  • Have a case manager, either at the housing site or from an outside service provider, who will provide more extensive case management services.

Referrals are made by case management only.
