Lutheran Social Services of Northern California has more than 50 years of experience in assisting and serving homeless people and emancipated foster youth in Sacramento and San Francisco. Nine housing programs allow us to provide affordable housing and housing assistance programs that help:
- Transition homeless families, individuals, and youth to meet their housing needs.
- Establish permanent supportive housing for disabled individuals, families, and youth emerging from foster care.
- Provide case management for individuals and families who are permanently housed.
The people we serve share a common need for maintaining stable, low cost housing. All of our housing programs work towards achieving that goal. An integrated series of strategic community partnerships helps us provide quality housing assistance and low income housing options throughout Northern California.
