Concord & Stockton Programs
For over 100 years, Lutheran Social Services of Northern California (LSS) has worked to establish relationships that foster stability and growth in the communities we serve. People in all aspects of the organization, including board members, staff and clients, know that everyone is expected to do their best, and that everyone is treated with respect and compassion.
Individuals and families from a wide variety of backgrounds work to achieve their goals with the help of LSS staff. Transitional and permanent housing programs provide support for individuals and families coming from homelessness, who often also live with mental health, alcohol and drug, and physical disabilities. Populations served include individuals, families, former foster youth, women and children fleeing domestic violence and those living with HIV/AIDS.
