Concord
The Mi Casa program provides transitional housing and support services for homeless former foster youth.  Diablo Village is a proposal for homeless youth and adult housing to be located at the former Concord Naval Weapons Station.
 
Disaster response and relief are coordinated in the administrative office.
 
Workshops on planned giving options, disaster preparedness, mental health and other topics are  coordinated by the administrative office. LSS is pleased to participate in church mission/outreach programs and these presentations may be calendared at this office.
 
Oakland
LSS provides supportive services for the seniors at Altenheim Senior Apartments.
 
San Francisco
LSS works to prevent chronic homelessness among low-income residents of San Francisco with mental 
and physical disabilities with money management services.          
 
Bernal Gateway Apartments provide support for low-income families, youth and seniors.
Hazel Betsey provides housing and support for HIV positiove women and their children.
La Casa Mariposa give support and a safe transitional home for survivors of domestic violence, women and   children in recovery from abuse.
Folsom-Dore provides housing and support services for previously homeless families and individuals with disabilities.
 
 Stockton
Project Hope provides scattered site, permanent housing for disabled former foster and vulnerable youth.
FOCUS and Youth Moving On  provides transitional housing and support to youth on their journey to self
sufficiency.
 
Sacramento
Saybrook is a housing program for previously homeless families with disabilities.
Transitional Housing Programs serve adults, families and former foster youth with multible needs with
supportive services.
ADOLFO provides permanent housing and support services for transitional age and former foster youth.
Connections serves former former foster youth with supportive counseling.
Building Bridges supports families and individuals who are moving beyond shelters/transitional housing  to stable, affordable permanent housing.
Wheels to Work coordinates transportation for employment/medical/educational needs of program
participants.
